Main purpose of the job

Take full responsibility of our local marketing strategies including social media, blogs, e-newsletter, website content and lead generation. Create content strategies and make a plan to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers on our website.  Work in close collaboration with the local Commercial team and in line with the Group content strategy. Enable content to drive brand perception, generate demand, achieve loyalty, and maximize overall return on marketing investment. You will be based in our local office in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden.


Job responsibilities

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention including success stories, customer testimonials videos, blog posts, whitepapers, advertisements and special events communication.
  • Lead the planning and execute content marketing strategy across all our customer segments.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence; Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
  • Work in tandem with the corporate marketing team to define branding priorities on website and social media, create content appropriate for Sweden to spread our brand and ensure branding guidelines are respected.
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our website; Collaborate with other teams, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Work in close collaboration with local Commercial team to identify projects references to be marketed. Encourage development of local reference content that can be spread in all organization; build strong reference database and organize easy access for all to reference database.
  • Manage all website content and work in close collaboration with the corporate website project manager to define and execute website evolution priorities.
  • Oversee website content coordination in English and in Swedish.
  • Work in close collaboration with corporate Product Communication Manager and Integrated Communication Manager to promote segments, products, solutions and services on website and social media
  • Drive a dynamic local communication network to produce and create content that will serve the Group content strategy, website strategy and social media strategy; Build and share editorial calendar; measure efficiency of content strategy.
  • Keep up to date with industry practices and monitor content activities of competitors.


Required skills

  • Master degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Languages : English and Swedish fluently. French is a plus.
  • Editorial mindset with ability to predict audience preferences
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Swedish
  • Strong team player that is easy to communicate with
  • Creative minded with ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
  • 5+ Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager or copywriter
